| Mill Creek Residential Trust has worked with ltalkraft Mid-Atlantic LLC and would recommend them for future work. The entire ltalkraft team works in an efficient and professional manner to meet their contract requirements. To date they have worked on and/or completed the following projects for the Mill Creek Mid-Atlantic team: • Modera Mosaic (January 2015 to June 2015) • Modera Tempo, Phase II (February 2015 to June 2015) • Modera Westside (Started on September 2015) Their product and knowledge in kitchen and bathroom cabinets exceeded all contractual obligations and were an asset to each projects completion and ultimate success. | Over the past 2 years I have had the pleasure of working with ItaIKraft on various projects in the Mid Atlantic and North-Eastern United States. In an industry that has, in my experience, established a low bar as concerns customer service, ltaiKraft stands as a singular example of how to do it right. Bids are complete, options are extensive, design is efficient, materials exceed expectations, and installation is both timely and correct. Additionally, their willingness to help guide design and get involved early has, and will continue, to yield substantively positive results for their clients. It has for Lennar. To date, ltaiKraft, has completed 318 units for Lennar, and is being considered for 1,400 units across 3 projects in MD, VA, and NY for 2016. | Dear Andrea Marcelo and I don’t have enough words to thank you for the wonderful job you have done in our home. We are really pleased with everything: the design and execution of the kitchen, the quality of the furniture, the deadlines fulfilled, the professional service received, and the constant communication. We went through some interesting months with our home renovation and the last thing we wanted was to deal with problems, typical with this type of projects. However, the interactions with you and the company were always positive.
